Can I try SureView Operations for Free?
Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial of any of the modules in the SureView Operations suite with no credit card required.
What happens after my free trial?
After the 30-day free trial, your SureView account representative will help you select the appropriate Tier for your operation and apply the license to your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our online billing portal allows you to pay directly with all major credit and debit cards as well as electronic bank transfers using ACH. If you’d like us to accept purchase orders or take any form of offline payment, please contact your account manager or write to sales@sureviewsystems.com
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, we offer a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go option which allows you to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
Are there any overage fees for storage or bandwidth?
We offer several Tier levels, each with its own usage limits. If you go over your monthly allowance you could incur an additional overage charge. Overage charges are as follows:
- Media & Event Retention (Storage) overages are charged at $25 per month for each 500GB
- Bandwith overages are charged at $100 per month for each 500GB
